Gold Coast Pink Pedal Power Workshop

Pink Pedal Power Women’s Cycling Workshops is aimed at inspiring women to get on their bikes. Cycling alone or together as a team, weight loss, or achieving goals is a great way to get outdoors.

There are two Components for each workshop on offer the first will be on training, fitness and nutrition and also taste testing of Green Smoothies and raw deserts which will be led by the team at Exclusively you Fitness Studio, Robina.

The second Component on the day is bike maintenance, changing a flat tyre and the components of a bike which will be led by the guys at GoldCross Cycles Burleigh Waters.

After the workshop lunch will be provided, where you will have the chance to chat about what you have just learnt, ask some questions and hopefully meet some new riding friends.

Schedule for the day will be

8.30 - Arrive and check-in

9.00 - 10.30am - first workshop

10.30 - 10.40am - break

10.40 - 12.10pm - second workshop

12.10 - 1.00pm - Lunch and questions

The first 60 ladies registered will receive a free cycling bag.

Rockhampton Pink Pedal Power Workshop

After the workshop lunch will be provided, where you will have the chance to chat about what you have just learnt, ask some questions and hopefully meet some new riding friends.
